With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Cecilia Cooper of Hubbard, Ohio, born in Farrell, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 13, 2020 at the age of 90. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Cecilia Cooper to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Altiere and Mary Ezzo Altiere; her husband H. Ralph Cooper; and her siblings, Marie Burnett and Sam Altiere.

She is survived by: her children, Stephen Cooper (Heather) of Howland, David Cooper (Debora) of Hubbard, Joan Cooper of Atlanta, Georgia, Kathryn Sarisky (Robin) of Hubbard, Linda Brightwell of Atlanta, Georgia and Paula Rubinic of Hubbard; and her siblings, Jean Votino of Hubbard, Patricia Coie of Los Angeles, CA. and Michael Altiere of Cortland. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and one great granddaughter.

Memorial contributions may be made in Cecilia's name to Bella Care Hospice 1933 State Rt. 45 Austinburg, Ohio 44010.
