He was predeceased by: his parents, Bienvenido Diaz and Castora Perdomo Diaz; and his sister Nellie Martin. He is survived by: his sons, Steve C. Diaz (Colleen) of Macedonia and Jason T. Diaz (Michelle) of West Middlesex; his siblings, Mike Diaz (Dollie) of Austintown, Joe Diaz (Ruby) of Berlin and Monin Sigurani (Louie) of Boardman; and his grandchildren, Reagan and Reese Diaz. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
