He was predeceased by: his father Richard Clark. He is survived by: his mother Nancy Clark (Davis); his son Hudson; his wife Diana Cortez-Clark; his brother Rich Clark (Joy); his nieces and nephews, Talia Cortez, Dakota Clark, Courtney Clark, Katie Clark and Jamie Clark; his grandfather Garland Franks; his mother-in-law Florentina "Tina" Cortez; his brother-in-law David Cortez, Jr.; and his aunt Ufemia "Phyllis" Cortez (Johnny). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Memorials may be given to the family in care of the funeral home.
