He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Isaac Gibson and Patricia Jean Couts; and his brothers, Harry "Ike" Gibson of Hoytville and Bill Gibson of Findlay. He is survived by: his children, Jessica Palacios of Findlay, Donald Gibson (Sarah) of Lima and Brad Gibson of Napoleon; his grandchildren, Esperanza, Valery, Yesenia, Maurilio and Emma; and his siblings, Patty Rayburn (Ron) of Hoytville, Margaret Morris (Ronald), Helen Rose (Virgil) of North Baltimore, Rick Gibson (Robbin) of Hoytville and Jerry Gibson (Kim) of Hoytville.

Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
