He was predeceased by: his father Jack O. Bailey, Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Martha Bailey (Parks); his wife Karen S. Bailey (Bennett); his children, Megan Bailey of Grove City, Timothy Bailey (Faith) of Columbus, Amanda Kelley of Howard, Matthew Bailey of Columbus, Daniel Bailey of Cleveland and Christina Quillen (Caden); his grandchildren, Brianna, Kaydence, Emma, Henry, Lily and Ramona; and his siblings, Jack Bailey, Jr. (Tami) of Newark and Jane Bailey. He is also survived by several aunts, uncle, nieces, and nephews.
