He was predeceased by: his parents, John E. Booth and Stella Booth (Vess); and his siblings, James Booth, Thomas Booth, Rodger Booth, Larry Gardner, Robert Loy, Nancy Kent, Pat Elkins, Joan Bailey, Jane Abraham, Sandra Cunningham, Jean Snow, Marlene Melton, Connie Booth and Sue Gardner.
He is survived by: his wife Jean Booth (Goudy); his children, Brian Booth (Barbie) of Howard, Brenda Buckingham (Keith) of Howard and Carrie Hubbell (Tim) of Howard; his grandchildren, Kasey Grogg (Gavin), Trent Buckingham (Lauren), Logan Buckingham, Ava Buckingham, Amber Kemmer (Chris) and Kricket Willey; and his brothers, John Booth of Mount Vernon and David Booth (Donna) of Massillon. He is also survived by fifteen great grandchildren.
