She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert William Porter, Jr. and Hazel Marie Porter Culbertson (Wolf); her stepfather Jack Culbertson; her sister Sally Culbertson; and her half-sister Rhonda Weeks.

She is survived by: her husband Edward L. Frazee.
