Lottie Rine Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lottie Rine of Howard, Ohio, who passed away on April 27, 2021 at the age of 94. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Lottie Rine to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Mark Banks and Carrie Banks (Jewell); her daughter Mary Ridgway; and her granddaughter Tiffany Ridgway. She is survived by: her children, Dianne Dunbar (David), Dora Jean Able (Tim Miller), Charles Rine and Leonard Rine (Connie); her siblings, Dorothy Kent, Susie Keaser, Shirley Weaver, Bessie Romine, Orville, Norman, Howard, Wayne, Harrison and Paul; and her stepbrother John. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
Due to the COVID-19 restrictions, masks must be worn inside the funeral home and please practice social distancing.
