He was predeceased by: his father Otto R. Blubaugh; his brother Clement Blubaugh; and his nephews, Todd Mickley, Shawn Blubaugh, Brad and Brett Blubaugh.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Blubaugh (McDonald) of Howard; his daughters, Kimberly A. Stuller (David) of Mount Vernon and Jennifer N. Bennett (Bill) of Mount Vernon; his grandchildren, Lillian Stuller, Audrey Stuller and Zachary Hajjar; his siblings, Father Homer Blubaugh of Danville, Mary Jane Ocker (Larry) of Bellevue, Stephen Blubaugh of Howard, Barbara Corba (James) of Fredericktown, Henry Blubaugh (Carol) of Smithville, Martin Blubaugh (Paula Jo) of Danville, Suzanne Lott (Kelley) of Marshall, VA and Elizabeth Mickley (Jerry) of Howard; and his sister-in-law Judy Blubaugh of Bellville. He is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews.
