He was predeceased by: his parents, William Jackson and Mary Agnes Hunt Baker (Blubaugh); his sister Sarah "Sally" Thompson (Hunt); his stepfather Doyal Baker (Lindy); and his stepsiblings, Connie Baker Biggs and Tom Baker.
He is survived by: his wife Candice (Hardesty); his son Joshua Hunt St (Tara); his siblings, Charles Hunt (Sharon), Patricia (Hunt) and Dudevszky Mt (Miki); and his siblings-in-law, Dale "Dude" Hardesty of Bladensburg, OH, Mark Hardesty (Peggy) of Gambier, OH, Gretchen Woolison (Brent) of Gambier, OH and Sue Ann Gonis (Andy) of Laguna Beach, CA. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews; and great nieces and nephews.
In John's memory and honorable service in the Air Force, The Tower at Foundation Park, Mount Vernon will be illuminated at dusk on May 3rd and May 4th.
