He is survived by: his children, Raymond Harlan of Columbus, Dennis Harlan of Columbus, Chris Harlan of Columbus, Jeff Harlan of Circleville, Ohio and Tammy Sue Harlan; his brothers, Carl Harlan (Sheryl) of Frazeysburg, Eugene Harlan (Norma Jean) of Georgetown and Harold Harlan (Norma Jean) of Crownsville, Maryland; and his sisters-in-law, Charma Harlan of Springfield and Wanda Harland. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
