He was predeceased by: his parents, Ivan Apple and Alice Apple (Fessler); and his siblings, Carl Apple, Paul Apple, Naomi Brinkman and Anita Apple.
He is survived by: his children, Tamara Myers (Rob) of Cridersville, Jeffrey Apple (Lisa) of Westerville, Bradley Apple (Debbie) of Broadview Heights and Bruce Apple (Deb) of Gahanna; his grandchildren, Lindsey, Colleen, Hayley, Jordan, Luke, Mitchell and Danny; and his great grandchildren, Teagan and Gavin.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks to donate to First Tee, which is a charity that empowers kids and teens through the game of golf's' life-skills; building self confidence and integrity.
