He was predeceased by: his parents, George Richard and Ruth Ellen Fouse, Sr. (Lehman). He is survived by: his wife Virginia (Ginny); his children, Rhonda, David (Robin), Rebecca (Christian), Doug, Robert (Amy), Fred (Alvin) and Amber (Jonathan); and his grandchildren, April, Ashley, Wesley, Audrey, Bailey, Riley, Victoria, Christian, Eben, Calum, Caitlynn, Liam, Fiona, Dustin, Megan, Jessica, Cheyenne, Alexander, Blain, Logan, Lydia, Caleb, Payten, Jayden, Mason, Johnathan, Ariona and Alaina. He is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, Ginny has asked that donations be given in George's honor to Gentiva Hospice and mailed to 112 Harcourt Road, Mt. Vernon, OH 43050.
