It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Doug Neely of Howard, Ohio, born in Mount Vernon, Ohio, who passed away on April 8, 2024, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett B. Neely and Freda M. Gump. He is survived by: his wife Lory J Hart; his children, Megan Neely (John Beaver), Lauren Blackshear (Jay) and Joshua Neely (Jordan); his grandchildren, Darian, Laureyah, Jaxton, Liam, Amuyah, Micah, Kyra, Kayden, Evan, Rosalie of Nevaeh, JJ, Nadia and Joey; and his siblings, Trisha Moreland (Josh) and David Neely. He is also survived by many in-laws, Cousins, nieces and nephews.
