He is survived by: his wife Helen Truex (Cly); his daughters, Jenny Tucker of Newark and Krissy Truex of Columbus; his grandchildren, Trevor and Kendall Tucker; his siblings, Kaye Crumbaker of Mount Vernon and Robert Truex (Sally) of Columbus; and his brothers-in-law, Jack Holland of Kingman, AZ and Randy Frazee of Mt. Vernon.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to the church Building Fund.
