He was predeceased by: his stepmother Helen Grassbaugh (Stevens); and his brother Donald "Donnie" Grassbaugh of Phoenix, Arizona.. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Ann Grassbaugh (Herrmann) of Homerville; his children, Duane Grassbaugh of Howard, Doug Grassbaugh of Mount Vernon, Anna Ryan (Keith) of Johnstown, Cynthia "Cindy" Strahler (Keith) of Millersport and Mary Grassbaugh of Johnstown, Ohio.; his grandchildren, Marcus, Olivia Ryan, Lily, Duke Grassbaugh, Lyla and Kaitlyn Strahler; his siblings, Mark Grassbaugh of Tacoma and Carol Kixmiller (Bob) of Carmel, Indiana; and his in-laws, Helen Grassbaugh of Mount Vernon, Fred Herrmann of Grafton, Bill Herrmann (Tracy) of San Francisco, Anne Schaefer (George) of Grafton, Mary Mole (Mike) of Chatham, Margaret Dreher (Bob) of Homerville, Lawarence Herrmann (Linda) of Waterville and Richard Herrmann (Joanne Snow) of Homerville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
