He was predeceased by: his parent Cleo R. North; his daughter Chantae Betts; and his sisters, Donna Francis and Julie May North. He is survived by: his parent Shirley North (Kessler) of Covington; his wife Terri L. Allen; his sons, Jason Allen (Alexis) of Dayton and Joshua Allen (Ashley) of Piqua; and his siblings, Leo North of Bradford and Linda Green of Troy. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
