He was predeceased by: his brother Johnny Knouff; his wife D. June Knouff; his grandchildren, Christopher T. Knouff, Matthew J. Zircher and Michelle D. Sherman (Monnier); his son-in-law John L. Slife; his siblings, Arthur Knouff (Phyllis), Ruth Schultz (Herman) and Frances Durnell (Robert); and his siblings-in-law, Janet Knouff and Eugene Durnell.
He is survived by: his former wife Doris June (Durnell); his children, Charles Thomas Knouff (Gail), Joyce "Joy" Zircher (Bernard) and Susan "Sue" Slife of Piqua, Ohio; his grandchildren, Craig L. Knouff (Teresa), Andrea J. Ziegler (John), Timothy D. Knouff (Krista), Nicholas L. Zircher (Sara), Brian N. Zircher (Caitlin), Kevin P. Zircher (Marcella), Jeffrey L. Slife (Carole) and Janelle S. Barga (Sheldon); his grandchildren-in-law, Kelly Knouff and Steven P. Sherman; and his sister-in-law Norma Durnell.
