He was predeceased by: his parents, O. George Mangen and Julia Mangen (O'Reiley); and his son Joseph Mangen. He is survived by: his children, George Mangen (Heather) of Hudson, Rosemary Stalter (Steve) of Vandalia, Timothy Mangen (Jessica) of Sidney and Elizabeth Mangen (Erin) of Ft. Loramie. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; and six siblings.
