He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Stallard and Marie Stallard (Kitchen); his son Randall Stallard; his grandson Tyler Stallard; and his siblings, Calvin Stallard, Wilma McGuire, Shirley Clark and Elsie Stallard.
He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Stallard (Irving); his children, Richard Stallard (Sheila), Robert Stallard (Lori), Rachelle DeMent (Rick), Rory Stallard (Amy), Raymond Stallard and Russell Stallard; his grandchildren, Faith, Richard, Rachel, Chelsea, Colton, Robert, Andrew, Maria, Dana, Tina, Sara, Aiden, Olivia, RJ, Abby and William; his great grandchildren, Alexi, Tristan, Isaac, Jacob, Bree, Bailey, Olivia and Gabby; his great great grandchild Phoenix; and his sister Naomi Fannin. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
