She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy H. LeMaster and Geneva LeMaster (Reed); her husband Jackie L. Strong Sr.; her grandchild M'Kenzi Starner; her sister Janice Palmer; and her close friend Linda Bell.
She is survived by: her children, Jack Strong Jr. (Lisa Dovenbarger) of Hopewell and Renea Starner (Brian) of Hopewell; her grandchildren, Jacob Strong (Aryka), Nicole Garey (Dakota), Dalton Strong, Briar Starner and M'Ber Starner; her great grandchildren, Devon and Alaynea Strong; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Katelyn and Truett; her siblings, Ken Reed of Zanesville, Betty Palmer and Ron Reed; and her close friends, Carole, Rick Lewis and Ash.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in the form of sewing materials, or financial contributions, in Judy's name to the volunteers at Genesis Hospital who make pillows for heart surgery patients, as well as the volunteers who make blankets and hats for stillborn babies, to Genesis Hospital, 1135 Maple Ave, Zanesville, OH, 43701.
