He is survived by: his sisters, Barbara Earth and Carol Hammel-Smith; his brother-in-law Bradley Smith; his niece Kirsten Pool (Chuck Pool); his great-nephews, Brian, Gabriel Pool and Joe Wolfe; and his cousin Sara Erhardt. He is also survived by cousins on both sides, and many friends.
