He is survived by: his sons, Ron Blake of Sandusky and Chuck Blake (Peggy) of Sebring; his grandchildren, Andrew Blake (Lisa) and Beth Miller (Eric); his great grandchildren, Mallory, Eli and Ian Miller; and his brother Robert Blake (Jean).
