He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Bush and Alice Bush (Decker); and his brother Robert Bush. He is survived by: his siblings, Joanne Melton, Janet Davidson (Craig), Linda, Gayle, Nancy Bush, George (Chong Min) and Ron Bush; his close friends, Julie Cross and Jayme Fletcher; his grandsons, Rocco, Fraraccio, Reese and Riley Wainuskis; and his caregiver Jayme Fletcher. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
