It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phillip L. Smith of Homeworth, Ohio, born in Canton, Ohio, who passed away on January 26, 2025, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Gail Smith and Kathryn Smith (Keszeg); and his brother Michael Smith. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Smith (Rininger); his sons, Colton Smith (Christina) and Derek Smith (Casey); his stepsons, Thomas and Tyler Anderson; and his sister Susan Weber (Fred). He is also survived by eight grandchildren that he adored, and several nieces and nephews.
