He is survived by: his wife Luella M. Franks (Pauley); his sons, Terry L. Franks of Alliance, Mark A. Franks (Mary) of Homeworth and Rex A. Franks (Doni) of Winterhaven, FL; his grandchildren, Andy Franks (Joanna), Melissa Krenzer (Gary), Michael Franks, Clint Franks (Kim), Craig VanCamp (Danielle), Christin VanCamp and Nate Franks; his great grandchildren, Bri, Becca, Brayden, Kyla (Hector), Shyanna, Vicktoria, Wyatt, Teagan, Mariah, Haddeley and Shelby; and his great great grandchildren, Eliana, Abel and Chloe. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
