He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold W. Bandy and Alice Bandy (Miller). He is survived by: his wife Virginia Bandy (Watson); his grandchildren, Howard Bandy (Lena), Carrie Bandy, Heather Bandy and Melinda Vecchio; and his siblings, Susan Smith (Steve), Charles Bandy (Gloria) and Brian Bandy. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and extended family.
