He was predeceased by: his parents, John C. Hoover and June Hoover (Carman); and his wife Barbara A. Hoover. He is survived by: his sons, Gregory A. Hoover (Connie) of Alliance and Jeffrey J. Hoover (Paula) of Collinsville, OK; his grandchildren, Cory Hoover, Tyler Hoover and Abigail Hoover; his great grandchild Payton; and his siblings, Robert Hoover (Mary Ann) of Alliance and Judy Searfoss of Alliance. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
