He is survived by: his wife Darlene Bradley (Hoffman); his daughters, Sherry Fergason (John) of Louisville and Tracy Jones (Darrell) of Louisville; his grandchildren, Stephanie, Natalie, Nicholas, Carli, Tyler and Alyssa; and his sisters, Eileen Blount and Janis Swartz. He is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren.
