He was predeceased by: his parents, Rex Kinser Sr. and Mary Jane Kinser (Casto); and his stepson Ryan Glass. He is survived by: his wife Sue Kinser (Buehler); his children, Troy Kinser (Debbie Baylor), Tracey Livengood (Bill) and Tyler Kinser (Jenni-Jo); his stepsons, Bryce Glass and Greg Glass (Tonia); his grandchildren, Ashley Royer, Joey Royer, Will Kinser, Zach Kinser, Andrew Glass, Tristan Stark, Wyatt, Garrett and Emmitt Glass; his great grandchildren, Paizly and Cash; his siblings, Bill Kinser and Patsy Harlan; and his great-niece Kiyara Reynolds. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
