Frank of Homeworth, Ohio, born in Alliance, Ohio, who passed away on February 23, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto Frank and Marie Frank (Gulling). He is survived by: his wife Judith A. Frank (Cunningham); his children, Mark Frank (Kathy) of Beloit and Joanne Fedder (Steve) of Clinton, OH; and his grandchildren, Morgan, Riley Frank, Clarissa, Lauren Fedder and Matthew Fedder. He is also survived by four sisters and a brother; and several nieces and nephews.
