She was predeceased by: her parents, George Christie and Gloria Christie (Adams); and her sisters, Donna Burkey and Dolly Woods. She is survived by: her husband Edward McCoy II; her sons, David McCoy and Edward McCoy III (Melinda); her siblings, Gloria McDowell and George Christie; and her grandchildren, David McCoy Jr., Brandon McCoy, Lillyann McCoy, Edward McCoy and Samuel McCoy.
