He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred R. Sharpnack and Elizabeth C. Sharpnack (Ruff); his wife Nancy Sharpnack (Zapolski); his daughter Holly Sue Sharpnack; and his siblings, Lois Todor, Letha Votaw, Thelma Barnes, Otis R. Stoffer and Leland Stoffer.

He is survived by: his daughter Sandy Marsh; and his close friends, Tom Sheetz and Sweety. He is also survived by nephews, nieces and friends.
