She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Yoho and Nelly Yoho (Albright); her husband James Floyd Conrad; her brother Gerald Yoho; and her son-in-law Bill Householder.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cindy Wells (Cal) of Alliance, Chris Bandy (Mike) of Homeworth and Cathy Householder of Sheffield; her sister-in-law Sandy Conrad; her grandchildren, Dale Wells, Melissa McKissick, Sherri Wells, Robert Bandy, Steven Householder, William Bandy, James Householder and Christopher Bandy; and her sister-in-law Alyce Conrad. She is also survived by seventeen great grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren.
