She is survived by: her children, Rita McMillian (John) and Ricky Cook (Pam); her grandchildren, John (Donna), Danielle DePaolis (Michael), Richard, Timothy and Joseph; her great grandchildren, David, Madison, Cayla, Julia, Skylar, Sophia, Natalia, Samual, Kaylie and Lauren; her great great grandchildren, Jensen, Sullivan and Dedo; and her brother Dallas.
