He was predeceased by: his parents, John Ondrejka and Anne Ondrejka; and his niece Jennifer Meglich. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann; his children, Michele Janos (Joseph) and Phillip, Jr.; and his sister Johanne Meglich (John).
