He was predeceased by: his parents, Joas A. and Mary M. Troyer (Yoder); his children, Iva Miller and Reuben Troyer; his siblings, William, Reuben, Daniel and Katie; his brother-in-law Melvin J. Yoder; and his sister Effie Troyer.
He is survived by: his children, Effie Troyer (Allen Troyer) of Fredericksburg, Roy (Ada Troyer), Ervin (Verna Troyer) of Holmesville, David (Esta Troyer) of Millersburg and Dennis (Ada Troyer) of Millersburg; his children-in-law, Melvin J. Miller of Holmesville and Amanda A. Troyer of Holmesville; his siblings, Raymond J. Troyer (Nancy) of Millersburg, Clara Troyer of Fredericksburg, Lydia Ann Troyer of Fredericksburg, Anna Yoder of Millersburg and Fannie Miller (Albert A.) of Fredericksburg; and his sisters-in-law, Anna Troyer, Betty Troyer and Marcia Troyer. He is also survived by 25 grandchildren; 3 step-grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren.
