He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Sr. Maibach and Emma Maibach (Ramsier); and his siblings, Fred, Alpha, Robert, Arthur, John Maibach and Margaret Calame.
He is survived by: his daughter Vicki; his son-in-law Don Hamilton of Holmesville; his grandsons, Joe Hamilton (Jamie Kollar) of Orrville and Justin Hamilton (Jennifer) of Columbus; his brother Dale; and his sister-in-law Dixie Maibach of Sterling. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
