She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Douglas and Violet Ruth Hammett (Tarleton); her husband Alex Lastohkein Jr.; and her parents-in-law, Alex and Elizabeth Lastohkein (Fry).
She is survived by: her children, Troy D. Lastohkein of Holmesville and Heather M. Lastohkein (Mike Lyons) of Millersburg; her grandchildren, Erica Schmid of Wooster, Nicolette Lastohkein Benford (Daequan) of Orrville, Alex Lyons and Talan Lyons of Millersburg; and her great grandchildren, Jaden, Jaxon, Rosealina, Rubianna and Giannis.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to Alexander Funeral Home to help defray costs.
