He is survived by: his mother Shirley Purdy (Thompson) of Hollansburg; his siblings, Tom Purdy (Cheryl) of Palestine, Ohio and Cindy Fiste (Phil) of Greenville, Ohio; and his nieces, Mindy Ashworth, Michelle Waters and Casey Rife. He is also survived by his three great nephews and one great-niece; and many other family and friends.
