It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virda S. Wick of Holland, Ohio, born in Dearborn Heights, Michigan, who passed away on September 30, 2023, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Matthew Lowe and N. Florine Lowe (Miracle); her significant other James Norman Wick Sr.; and her siblings, Gary, Lee, Harvey, Clayton and Linda Carol.
She is survived by: her children, Tisha Childers (Matthew), Mathew Wick (Tara) and Andrew Wick (Jessica); her stepchildren, James Wick (April), Christina Miller and Susan Chrisman (Harley); her grandchildren, Kayci, Zachary, Jessica, Mackenzie, Brandon, Connor, Zoey, Adelyn, Savannah, Amelia and Daniel; her great grandchild Harlan; and her brothers, Mitchell Lowe (Pam), Michael Lowe (Vicky) and Brian Lowe.
Virda had the biggest heart; she volunteered for numerous years for Nightingales Harvest, in Toledo, where she would sew items for donation.
