He was predeceased by: his father Jack Montague. He is survived by: his children, Kaitlyn Montague of Scottsdale and Brian Ott of Toledo, Ohio; his grandchildren, Jaxson, Riley, Maylah and Lennon; his mother Carolyn Seethaler (Donald) of Findlay; and his siblings, Brett Montague (Lorie) of Van Buren, Lee Ann Bird (Tom) of Cuba City, Jill Montague-Long (Troy) of Summerdale, Jenny Ott and Lori Nusbaum.
