He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Whitehead and Dessie Whitehead (Clark); his siblings, Magdaline Whitehead, Linda Meece and Larry Whitehead; and his sisters-in-law, Kim and Becky Whitehead.
He is survived by: his children, Mary Chaney (Mark), Ronnie Whitehead (Brenda), Karen Brown (Zachary) and Christine Rollins (Ross); his siblings, Leamon Whitehead (Patty), Litton Whitehead (Vallery), Glenn Whitehead (Jean), Warren Whitehead (Kathy), James Whitehead, Gale Whitehead (Wanda), Brenda Meece (Jim), Margie Whitehead, Martha Taylor and Kimberly Whitehead; his sister-in-law Candy Whitehead; and his caregiver Sean. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 3 step grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; 5 step great grandchildren; 3 step great great grandchildren.
