We are sad to announce that on January 17, 2023, at the age of 80, Susan D. Nowaczyk of Holland, Ohio, born in Toledo, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Louis Kosakowski; and her grandson Jacob. She is survived by: her husband John J. Nowaczyk, Sr.; her children, Sherrie Fravor (David), Jim Nowaczyk (Dawn) and John J. Nowaczyk (Heather); her grandchildren, Nathan, Lauren Levy (Ben), Alisa, Mason, Courtney, Alexis, Johnny, Sage and Levi; her great grandchild Charlotte; and her brothers, John and Larry Kosakowski.
The family suggests, in lieu of flowers, contributions be made in Sue's name to St. Jude's Hospital, Cherry Street Mission, or the Northwest Ohio Food Bank.
