She is survived by: her siblings, Nancy Gauchey and Garry Carter of Dearborn Heights; and her children, Robert, Todd, Rachelle, Kevin and Michael Polansky. She is also survived by her mother, sister, brother, children, 14 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren.

The family suggests memorial donations to The Toledo Humane Society or The American Heart Association.
