He is survived by: his wife Lupe; his children, Josh Siewert (Kellie), Frank Smith (Laura), Donnie Smith (Diana), David Smith (Venus) and Kim Smith; his grandchildren, Ashley, Autumn (Chad), David (Katie), Mackenzie, Hunter and Andrew; and his great grandchildren, Zachary, Sophia and Jaxson.
