He was predeceased by: his mother Rose M. Chamblee; and his stepsister Kim Chamblee. He is survived by: his father Ronald J. Smith (Kathy); his wife Angela Smith (Miller); his children, Anthony Smith (Sarah) of Holland, OH and Courtney Smith of Toledo, OH; his grandchildren, Brandon, Kadence, Matthew, Ashton, Anthony Jr., Andre, Juliana, Jackson, Declan and Rylee; and his siblings, Dave Smith, Rich Smith (Sherry), Deb Phillips, Tracy Stykemain (Mark), Dennis Smith (Stacey) and Sally Osborn.
In lieu of flowers, Rusty's wish are memorial contributions to be made to the family.
