He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Raymond Sr. Burns and Dorothy Burns (Fitzgerald); his wife Faye Burns (Shank); his children, Raymond III (Heather Keahey), Christopher (Amy Weemes), Anthony Burns (Cathie Stenz) and Kimberly Benner (Matthew); his grandchildren, Brittany Meko (Ryan), Devin, Jacob (Lexi), Rachel, Nicholas, Raymond IV, Alexander Burns, Katelyn, Logan and Madalyn Benner; his stepgrandsons, Eric Page and Darnell Easterly; his great grandchildren, Brantley Burns and Caden Meko; his siblings, Ronald Burns, Sr. (Annie), Scott Burns (Joyce), Richard Burns (Diane), Daniel Burns (Debby) and Sharon Donaghae; his parents-in-law, Mary Wells (Jack), Norma Groth, Florence Silverwood (Jim), Lydia Shank, Evelyn Ringenbach (Tom), Roger Shank (Becky) and Kenneth Shank; his brother Terry Wetherhalt; his mother-in-law Edna Shank; and his brother-in-law Donald Shank.
