He was predeceased by: his parents, Claud and Evie; and his siblings, Greg and Sue Fahle. He is survived by: his wife Mary; his children, Amy Ormsby (Scott) of Sylvania, OH and Drew Clark (Tara) of Riverview, FL; his stepchildren, John Sutherland (Abby) of Holland, OH and Anjie Johnson (Hollis) of Genoa, OH; his grandchildren, Allison, Adam Ormsby, Rowyn, Vayda Clark, Brook, Trevor Sutherland and Cameron Johnson; and his great grandchild Wrenlee Borchers.
