He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Small and Minnie Small Sr. (Broadbeck); his wife Donna L. Mohr; his granddaughter Amanda Sue Nuhfer; and his siblings, Charlotte Vanderhorst, Evelyn Miller, Vera Jean Rublaitus, Mabel Ray, John Harder, Arthur Small Jr. and Russell Small.
He is survived by: his daughters, Pat Weemes (Bob) and Mindy Nuhfer (Robert); and his grandchildren, Shane Collins, Devon Collins and Robert Nuhfer.
